decadent Halloween party in Portland .

“Even in this economy, said Scarlett, “it is great to know that our event will sell out. We've built a great brand showcasing an adult Halloween party experience with amazing bands, multiple stages of entertainment, a full fetish demonstration area and Portland 's biggest costume contest – this year more than $10,000 in cash and prizes will be given away to Most Original, Sexiest Couple and Best Group,” explained the entrepreneur.

“We never take our guests for granted, however, and this year have stepped things up an all new level,” Scarlett offered. “For example, we have a fetish suspension rigging apparatus that any audience members can experience; we have limited our VIP tickets to just 150 (at press time VIPs were almost sold out) and three great musical acts: Pepe & The Bottle Blondes, Keegan Smith and Broken Soviet.”
