To help kick-off this year Portland Erotic Ball as many as 100 Zombies will “attack” the Crystal Ballroom on Burnside in Downtown Portland. Organizers claim that the Zombies were “too ugly” to get into the Ball last year and have risen from the dead in organized fashion to protest their exclusion. It is a well known fact according to Pepe Raphael, “that both the dead and undead are dying to get into the Portland Erotic Ball.” Zombie warning signs are being posted in the vicinity to warn unsuspecting passersby of this potential threat. According to Zombie moles that have infiltrated the Zombie inner circle -- attacks will begin at 6pm and occur every hour (on the hour) until Midnight. A small cadre of psychics, saints and zombie hunters are being recruited to protect guests of the Portland Erotic Ball from almost certain Zombification.
